Couple questions for you before I buy....
1) Do we have to buy any software or service to send out these bulk emails?
2) Do you find the conversion rates of what you are selling to these people using this method comparible to those of other methods? (solo ads, PPC, etc.)
3) Does the industry standard of $1 per email per month hold true with these scraped emails?

Just purchased. However, when I click on the links within the ebook, nothing opens. Doesn't seem as if anything's linked there.
