I didn't test it as i said in OP .

So, give me couples hours to test it on localhost and get back to you.

all nulled version cs-cart sometimes says invalid license please recheck, but entering random numbers activate again and drive :)

I just installed it on localhost and it is working perfectly.

I use 123456789 as a license code.
