Get any paid Themeforest original theme for free.
This method works for most of the themes.
First off all go to Themeforest and poke around and find a theme you like. Then you're going to have to pay attention to naming conventions and the URL of the Theme you're looking for. I looked on here to see if the Avada theme was available. It wasn't. Here's the sales page for the theme. Cool looking theme, I want to play with it, if I like it I'll buy it.

The important thing is the number after the name.
Here is the fun part, Themeforest expects people to use their brains and not save their files anywhere except that they do all the time.
The actual file name that this theme would use is:
themeforest-2833226-avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip
And if you search for that in quotes you may or not find it. In this case, I didn't like any of the places I found it, so instead I went ahead an narrowed my search to
"themeforest-2833226-" "index of" and then I found all kind of likely prospects.
A little bit of poking around and whammo I found it.

Let's see if we can find another one.
Let's see if we can find the hot theme U-Design(I don't know if it's on here or not).

A search for "themeforest-253220-" "index of" shows some promising results. All kinds of very generous souls who backed up their files unprotected on the interwebs.
You can't find every template out there, but if you have an idea of what it's called and you count on the stupidity of the human race, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Most of the most popular themes have plenty of giving souls willing to share.
