They cancelled mine too for no reason.

Same here and they didn't give any reason. the promotion is fake I guess don't waste your time.
They active, then cancel, then active but pending, after they active...and suspend because buse...and active (but can not connect with host till now over 48 hrs). So It's not a great service. Hostinger offer free, but they are not fair.
I managed to grab 2 domains on croatian (hostinger.hr) on 2 different accounts, both domain work propperly :D
