Bruh, this hosting is a little bit crap i think.
For Viralist you need better php configuration.
Try somethig better. Maybe try this, is a cheap czech webhosting.
It's good and now this hosting have 99,9% uptime and good DDoS protection.
You can configure your php settings (not all).
Unlimited space and you can host viralist. I have website with Viralist here too and it's working without errors.

can you share your .htaccess file please which is inside root of script

my installing that script on subdirectory ex. mywebsite.com/subdirectory

but after i'm bit confuse that how to change the subdirectory path in .htacess file as
instruction showing in the support docs like :-

1. After the line RewriteEngine On add the line given below after replacing "" with
your subdirectory path. RewriteBase For example, if you are installing it at
http://mywebsite.com/quizzes, you have to use the code below (Include both
trailing and leading '/') RewriteBase /quizzes/
2. 'Replace' the line: RewriteRule ^(.*)/$ /$1 [L,R=301] with RewriteRule ^(.*)/$ $1
