Can anyone tell me of a card creator for amazon gifts plz,
Preferably from someone or somewhere thays not dead links or a virus site :) ive searched many places and almost every one theres a spammy survey.

I don't think anything like Amazon giftcard generator exist. Why ? read below for simple explanation:
I don't think amazon guys are using any random number generator to generate the Gift card series.
Even simple and no sale company will use some generator with secret key encoding stop unauthorized accesses :)
If you ever used word press you can see the example of secret key on wp-config.php file. Lot of users use the same word press example but none two pass shows same out put in database tables :)
Then how it is possible that amazon is using random number generator to generate gift cards :)
