I think I figured it out. I uninstalled it, and also removed the folder under "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming". I also had to re-enter my Moz.com credentials, because they appeared to be wrong/missing. Now it's working. Thanks!

I'm not getting super slow results for KC, but if I recall correctly they did seem to put a delay in between KC requests. In other words, if you hit KC for a bunch of keywords all at once, it would try to process them all at once which would cause you to get temporarily blocked by some of the third party services LTP uses to calculate that score. A few updates ago, they made a change where if you click to fetch the KC score for several keywords at once, it does them one at a time now, with a delay between each - which is a good thing since it helps prevent you from getting temporarily blocked.
