I was doing a search and noticed that there's no cpa network review on this forum so I decided to start a thread about it.. So what cpa networks are your favorite and what type of offers do you like to promote?

If anyone knows of cpa networks that pays $20 or higher per lead that DOES NOT require users to take out their credit card please let me know. ( I don't care what vertical it is as long as it's not in the porn/penis enlargement/viagra niche ) It also has to allow Email as traffic source.

as i think, there is no offer that pays you up to 20$/lead, but you can find many offers that pay 20$ or even 50$/sale
