Like many here I am waiting and hoping for this plugin to come through. So I contacted internet0001 just to check in on the issue. Here is his response:

Anyhow, maybe working together and helping internet0001 out a bit we can see this through.
I've already sent him a clean version of OptimizePress (the theme, latest version).
