I am not going to tell you who to promote but if you want to succeed in CPA, go and meet them in affiliate conferences..
Last 2 was in Amsterdam WebMasterAccess and Financial partners expo.
Next event is in Berlin 22-25 october it's called Berlin affiliate conference.
