This is a wordpress plugin, check out youtube on how to install wordpress plugin. If you aren't using wordpress, unfortunately this script ain't for you.

You should try to ask in the proper forum. Sure somebody would help you with that.

That said, I have good news, I've nulled this successfully. Check the first post again and download the link and try it to reinstalled the plugin (delete the previous and reupload then install this one)
