Mini-Review: This stuff looks a little old to me. The graphics remind me of web circa 1998. I am going to pass on using this stuff, but I know others like it.

Both of you folks are correct. It is fairly dated material.
Great share and +5 Rep given to the OP. I am not at all concerned or bothered by comments that some of the downloads are old. PLR material does need reworking in any case, if you want to rebrand it as your own.
seem that bonus ebook and bonus prl articles
are missing for half of the products.
duplicates licences files are inconsistant about some uses.
