I am in the same boat as you ...I don't want to put a script that will create problems once we implement and start marketing it. I have found a solution may be if we have more members to join we can do a group buy with a script that allows to install it on multiple domains.
I even created a request section and we find more members may be I will start a group buy for all of us.
