If someone's paying you to rent the sites, why limit the number of adsense blocks they can use on the site?

1) We make just a small profit (sometimes a loss) from the subscription amount you pay us, most of it is spent in marketing, so our real revenue comes from AdSense itself.

And, is there a guarantee that the blogs will continue to generate a minimum of $3/day in the future?!!

Got a trial for 4 days but I got only 18 clicks and $3, can't justify their promise on getting back the investment in 7 days.
