SOME PEOPLE NEED TO TURN ON MESSAGES IN THERE PM OR CLEAN OUT FULL PM BOXES!

I agree with CopyMyCashⓇ (thank you to indicate it to us, Rep. added), because this is actually my main problem when I send Private Messages, and in this period of time, I'm sending out about 3-400 messages per week.
The New Rule to send Private Messages are:
1) You may send the message to a maximum of 5 people.
2) Between the messages it must be a wait period of 3 minutes.
3) Crossed fingers, because if the recipient have the inbox full or the PM deactivated, the name must be deleted from the list of 5 and you have to start all over again.
This is becoming a real Job
So Please Clean your Account and Turn On the Messaging feature.

Is there any new rule because now my inbox can only store 10 msgs not 20 msgs as it use to be?

Something was changed in the past week, but not advertized.
So we have just to stay with it.
For example: I believe, no more html messages
