From the reviews, it appears that the methods taught are from 2009-2010 (at least five years old) and no longer work.

Shoemoney seems like a guy who got extremely lucky in that he was at the right place, at the right time and capitalized on it. Everything that this guy offers is old and outdated. He's like a wannabe guru who has the lifestyle to back it up because of his past luck, but other than that everything that he offers is what worked for him years ago and won't work very well in this day and age. Now he just tries to make money be teaching others with his old non-working methods. This guy is like an old rockstar who had a hit song in the 80s, but couldn't write anything worthwhile since but he makes money by teaching other people how to write a song.

This stuff is outdated by several years. There's no way these techniques work now. Don't bother joining, even if it is for free.
