1. Blog Setup - 3 videos
2. How To - 11 videos
3. Installation and Updates - 3 videos
4. Launch Setup - 2 videos
5. Membership Setup - 7 videos
6. Sales Pages - 2 videos
7. Squeeze Pages - 2 videos
After extract are 476 MB. But UploadingAloha shared videos via torrent, so we could compare both :-)

Ok, I downloaded this torrent and checked it. It is the same version which I uploaded on MediaFire. So, why it is 2x bigger? It's simple. In this torrent - in folder "Blog Setup" - you have 2 files: OPT1.zip and OPT2.zip. And this files included all files which is extracted. So this torrent included duplicate content - one extracted and another one in zip files.
