* Tweak to inline discounts putting strike through the price.
* Tweak to sale products indicating when product is on sale and original price.
* Tweak to settings page in attempt to make settings more clearer for users.
* Fix bug with header file and plugin activation.
* Fix bug uninstallation of plugin.
* Fix bug of receipt not including tax when set to including from backend.
* Fix bug with receipt padding.
