The 4.5 copy you provided looks clean based on the old analysis but comes up dirty on a new analysis.

In the latest version you need a key to import the demo.

if you still need the demo content download version 4.5 and upgrade to the latest version, that should work.

Why not save yourself time and use the latest version.
