Overall, the Best Free Host Platform that I’ve found is “Openshift Online” (https://www.openshift.com/).
I must say this is not your typical cPanel host but more advanced and you have to learn about git repositories and a bit of command line interface, but don’t worry because it’s well documented and there are so many tutorials on YouTube.
