I don't find it that scammy. Matt Garrett does the same thing. He offers plugin clubs where the plugins are from WMPU-DEV and iThemes. He's paying the fee to have access to all the plugins and then reselling access to various plugins and updates.

If you are going to use the plugins, it's not a bad deal for the end user. You would actually pay a lot for even just one plugin with update access.

But it has gotten crazy because they are putting out all these free plugin offers and adding all these people to their lists. It's not a business model that I would run after.

As is with most of these guys who claim to be "adding" new products in their Warrior Plus account, they aren't telling people it isn't their product. They aren't telling them they don't get updates and they don't support the product. Yet, they are selling white label rights which they actually don't own and are not really part of the license offered by the plugin developers. That is scamming.

Then there are those who rename the product and sell it knowing they won't be supporting or updating the plugins, yet when opened up, there is nothing really different at all except the rename and re-authored. That is violating the GPL license. They are scammers.
