It's not exactly the same. Clickanimate is a lot smoother and more professional looking. It's by the explaindio folks.
All who were in my GB we are supposed to get this updated version.

Looking forward to this one as well, although it does look similar to the CTA (Call To Action Pro) plugin from a while back, but this seems to have a few new features if you get the pro version.
