Even If it's legal , How much is money risk involved, since Author asks to have few Hundred dollars in Bank account even to start with low investment?

A lot of people have had success with this - click on Comments to see proof, but it only really works if you live in UK. I live in Kenya but all my bank accounts are in UK so on that basis Betfair opened an account for me.
Without UK bank accounts, this will be difficult. I believe Betfair does allow accounts in or two specified countries outside UK.
I might go back to it later this year but I think there are less risky ways of making money online!
