Hi all
My answer to this is:
That's why fb ads (and similar) exist, instead of spamming, target with ads, or video ads or boost posts etc, plenty of courses here.
We can target by location, business, and much more, for few cents.
If a business owner/ manager click the ad, it's 10000% sure he/she is interested (if the ad/ post is clear, direct etc), and guess what, that's what retargeting is also for.
We just need to mix 2 systems to get a better one.

Useless guide. It says basicallt get a PLR niche-focused video and spam business' owners within that niche. Say them you make affordable videos, and invite them to take a look at the video on Youtube, say they they can get the same video with their logo, blah, blah. blah. and you will be making 6k per month.

The thing is that business owners get millions of spammy emails offering these 'affordable' offers all the time since past century.
Re-hashed stuff but it can have some info for newbies.
