We use VPS, and I show in PDF how we get free VPS. No review copies, If you are interested buy it. I'll even help you One on one to create bing accounts if you face any problem.

As you aren't giving a review copy I bought your BSO and It's working!!! I always prefer such method which is easy to implement, but powerful and I got it from your BSO. You explained it well. I tried to make Bing account many times, but couldn't be able to do it properly, but now I'm confident that I can :). You showed how easy it is even for newbie as like me!!!
