You are comparing to whom btw?
and you are saying that our ips are blacklisted. when we have policy to change the ips if they are blacklisted on the time of delivery. are you sure the ips were blacklisted when we deliver them? and you asked for replacement and they were not replaced ?

How many datacenter do you have currently for reseller? Also Are the IP addresses separate ‘C Class’?
