Very interesting that this share pops up here this morning.

I started this very diet on the recommendation of a friend, back on November 1, 2022. It works.

I started the diet at 113KG / 249.1 pounds / 17.79 Stone

I am finishing the diet this coming Saturday, 21 January and I am now 92.8 KG / 204.5 pounds / 14.61 Stone

Loss: 20.2 KG / 44.6 pounds / 3.18 Stone

Overall, I found actually found it easy and effectively went cold turkey on bread, sugar, fizzy drinks, etc. I thought I would have withdrawal symptoms but never felt anything.

This is the way I did it:

Breakfast: 2 eggs and a slice of ham. I mixed the eggs together in a microwavable container and then sliced up the ham and put that on top. Then I microwaved it for 2 minutes.

Lunch: A mixture of chicken and pork.

Drink: 3 liters of water throughout the day. Some days even less than that.

All meat and chicken were prepared in an air fryer so no oils were used at all.

That was it for the day. I didn't eat anything after my lunch which is usually between 12-1 in the afternoon.

Exercise: Minimum. It's good to do some exercise for your health and keep your joints from rusting but it is not necessary on this particular diet.

At first, I didn't think the diet sounded like something that could work but it definitely does. As a person who has eaten a lot throughout their life, I didn't know if I would be able to go cold turkey on a lot of the foods and sugars that were a part of my daily life but it was surprisingly easy.

I am stopping this coming Saturday because I honestly think I have lost enough and my annual company party is on Saturday Night. I want to enjoy it. Clothes are fitting great with some now way too big for me. My waistline has gone from 44 to 38, It is also no way to live long-term because of its restrictive nature. I want to be able to go to a restaurant with friends and be able to partake in and enjoy all food and things like that.

This is not the end of my weight loss journey. I'll still watch what I eat and up my exercise. I don't want to end up back where I was. I feel like this diet is kind of a superpower now where if I see the weight going back up then I can go back on the diet for a month and lose it.

The best part of it all is when other people start noticing and telling you how great you look.

So, there you have it. It 100% works.

If you try it, I wish you all the best and continued success. Just think where you can be in 2 and a half months. Time flies by and you will have completed the diet before you know it.
