Which Version is it; Standard Premium or Elite?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you are in the US. google will shut you down. It is against their TOS to put adsense on someone elese videos now if you do not have unique content on the page as well I have this program and I had about 20 sites. Google sut off adsense to them as they were caught. I am just glad they did not ban my account.
