They also try to make it seem unique by suggesting that you're "brokering CPA traffic." What's that supposed to mean?

What a bunch of bulls***. It's contacting forum owners and running display ads to CPA landing pages. Wow -- that's unique eh? Big print, 16 pages of nothing. Took me 5 minutes to read it cover to cover.

Shawn Anderson hyped this stupid thing for 2 days. Guess it's time to include him on the IM Whore list.

Let me guess, they probably suggest direct linking too?

So let's take a BS traffic source (banner ads), combine that with the type of traffic that hates to be advertised to more than any other (niche forum traffic) and top it off with a method that doesn't work at all for CPA (direct linking).

Nice.
