Hello, I just want to ask you about "Google Adsense" my site is getting daily about 1000-200 visitors but my CPC is not growing up what i need to do?

I have no idea if this would be against Google's AdSense terms of service, but one idea that comes to me is to place the ads on a "pop-up" modal overlay. This would be timed to open at say 10-15 seconds. The head line would be along the lines of:
"Looking for more on: Keyword subject? Check out these Sponsored results for Keyword subject"
Just my two sense.

that would be against adsense terms and definatly get you banned.
the increse in cpc depends on a lot of things, like ctr, what actions does users take after clicking the ads displayed on your site, ad relevancy to content on page just to name a few
Did you try blocking ads and ad categories ?
This did help help increase the rate by upto 25%. Moreover I also blocked some ads from the review center. The guide is found here

You can delete it but this really works.
I am also suffering from the same situation I think this is Google Policy.
When you're looking to generate leads and grow your business .... Google AdWords can quickly send you targeted traffic, leads and sales.
