This course will tell you to build any website (like selling services) and then it shows how to list the website on Flippa. It focuses more on how to list a website there, no so much on how to build a successful website to sell. The creator simply states that he has other courses on how to do that :S.

As someone who had sold over $100 000 on Flippa, I wouldn't recommend listening to this.

Also, this: $80,245/year profit Facebook advertising and digital marketing service website - why would anyone want to sell a website that's doing 80k a year for 5k? Of course, the site wasn't doing 80k a year, since he was selling it when it was just a few months old.

Awww...I saw the same course on Udemy. Signed-up for it (Courtesy of the Best Site in the World...BBHF). He does not share the nuts and bolts one needs to become a successful site flipper. As the previous poster stated, he does not show you how to build a site. He only shows how he listed the subject site in the course. I wouldn't recommend this course for site flipping beginners.
