i am suggesting if there is someone can set up an investment for our BBHF members

this shall be a trusted person (to be identify and discussed) or mod or a group of members
they shall source an opportunity for good investment, any investment call out request fund, validate the plan is profitable, and pump in the fund.

the return of ROI shall be pre discuss accordingly
it is a simple ideas, only 3 party involved.

1st is Monitoring group, to monitor and identify profitable investment, get someone to invest, and get the monitoring fee accordingly
2nd party is someone who need fund to run the profitable project, and share the return with investor
3rd party is someone who want to invest, get return of profit too

2nd party must disclosed all identify to 1st party, as such there shall minimize the scam or cheating,

the project can be long term and short term, all depend on individual.
pre discussion can be setup.

i sincerely hope someone can take the lead, and suggest is also welcome

I agree with TheNexus. One must be very careful with devious and deceitful scammed here.

No one can be trusted in a black hat type forum.

it appear to be the major problem is scammer/cheaters,
if we think positive(as always successful people will think of how, not think of not to be)
than we need steps of validate "the true project who sincerely run for profit for investor where they need fund"
is there anyone who can outline the steps to validation and filter out the scammer? and any type of guaranteed to safe guard the investor? and safe guard too the runners.

This is just asking for problems. Better to do this privately with people face to face and with all the legal bells and whistles. Not on any forum.

I agree. You need to be in the same city as those you work with on this.
I've been taken for a ride on small projects by others, probably because I'm too trusting.

But this is where an Escrow sort of service could come in place (an idea I had some time back). Where you lend money, the other party must provide just as much info as Paypal (and more) if they are keen to get investors. But you need insurance, backers, VC's, plus so much more, to initiate and make practical. Just not economically feasible on a small scale. This is why banks are the prefered option for lending!

I agree with NEXUS. This is very high risk and I would want collateral.

You would need a semi-escrow-bank where all transactions are performed and transparency is available to the VC's. Requests to use funds would require supplementry documentation that is legit and signed by you, biz partner an whoever else, plus the invoice/quote etc. Then if reasonable amount, funds released so they may be transferred directly to the 3rd party.

But no funds would be able to be transferred or withdrawn by you.

This would be a safer and more reliable solution. But again, prone to abuse and high %'s would be affect profits.

What is this about? What investments and what ROI on What! Explaining that might open doors to possible solutions, Investing with many can be very profitable!
