I found this on the forum.

These types of videos on youtube fall into a sort of 'grey-area' in their "guidelines".
Depending on how you define the rules affiliate videos are against their guidelines, so can easily get flagged and removed.
All it takes is 2 videos getting flagged to get your account banned.

Same to me.
I make original affiliate videos that took me hours to make. But non of the videos rank on Google even for less than 2k competition keyword. And then I got flag and account banned.

If someone has success with YT, please share with us on how you did it.
