Op should have used FFP with any proxy( atleast ensuring a single IP) ..

I just had a closer look at this and it is actually just a 1 Day Free Trial Account. If you google SEMRush Free Trial you will find various codes that will give you a 14 day trial of either Pro or Guru. Some will need credit card details but some won't.
