I'm earning a full-income using Fiverr
I never used the Fiverr revenue card,

Can I use the Fiverr Payoneer revenue card with a different name? (the name in my fiverr acount is fake, I need the revenue card at my real name)

I use a Paypal account to withdraw my earnings but the Fiverr Revenue Card would help me since I can pay directly into the stores

you can use your real name when you fill the payoneer card form. you have to mention correct name matching with your Govt ID card. you can also withdrawal paypal money into payoneer account.
