I believe only VIP members can change their username but you should open a thread in the support centre and Lala will respond to your query.

Or you can simply just create a new account ? 2 post

Ask in the support center and EXPLAIN why you want to change your
user name..

IF you do not, do not post and loose your access to the updates on TF
keep it simple.. make a new account, ask for the old one to be deleted
or ask supervip executive or black knight to post on your behalf.. happy
