not working, can't get data backlink from sever

I've used this method for a long time. I'm updating to new version right now. Will update this post if things still work as before.

well I keep getting back invalid registration key on all of the programs and the ip ranges have been blocked so via my firewall so I know its not something I did wrong in the process.

You can find rank tracker here, new version and it works without a lot of hassle, no blocking needed!

Every time I run Rank Tracker or SEO SpyGlass, it comes back with ZERO Results. How do I fix this?
