"Product not as described" is the most common.
If the seller "misrepresents" his offer, you have the right to refund your purchase. I don't know the product or what he said, but he changes his mind "after" the sale is completed, you don't have to accept it. In other words, if he says that he guarantees results to his clients because he has great "service providers/outsourcers" (he will give you an access to them) and then he says he actually doesn't give any guarantees, then he simply owes you money (your money back). I hope that explains it.

This right here. And don't forget many credit card programs have no question protection plans up to $1,000 a year which almost no one takes advantage of. It is one of the reasons merchants hate Amex. They almost always take the buyers side.
I am not saying charge back willy nilly but when someone promises X and delivers Y and lies about their return or refund, I will gladly charge them back. And they are a fool if they just don't accept it since PayPal will limit you if you start getting a lot of charge backs.
To often people just say, oh well, and I have been one of those people in the past. My last WSO (2013) I got 2 refund requests. One was bogus with a, I just don't want the product anymore, the other one came back and bought it a second time. Both times, I paid it back no questions as it is just not worth it.

My situation is different. I paid with a visa gift card. I purchased the gist card added money to it and used it for my purchase. I paid via paypal without loging in to my account. So Maybe I am screwed by in two ways. I will call the Gift Card Issuer and see if they can step in. It's not the money, but the principal. I feel cheated by David Cisneros who misrepresented the program via affiliate link. He worded in his email that he is going to give a bonus sales video that he made if we purchase through his link. He made it sound like he is provided something extra that is not already provided. To my disappointment David provided an identical sale video only using his voice. The sales video sucked.
Then I get an email stating that he was not aware that he provided duplicate sales video and wanted to give us an additional bonus. that bonus sucked too...it was a template builder that totally sucked.
You think I can complain misrepresentation and demand a refund? May complain to the FTC? Or should I just let it go? It's not the dollar amount that I spent, it's the principal...I believe David pulled a fast one on me and no one was willing to refund because there is no refund a policy on this wso.
Thank you all for your input. I believe I have reped all of you. If I missed anyone, please pm me and I will rep you.

I would keep after them.....another reason for refund is this is basically an old program with a front end - "3 pack" tacked on. It does not deliver any other new info that I can see. The sales tactics and sales video are a joke....amazing they tell people to offer a huge unreasonable 30 day free/moneyback etc....and then they don't do refunds?
JMO - and people can yell at me it's ok....the fact is that many local "offline" stuff is bs...the people who paste together these "reports" make their money from reports, not from offline cients.. Any one who truly works locally offline knows these clowns are not doing this stuff in real life..much of it is just unworkable.
I have found programs that offer "real" things to be better - ie, software, a plug in, a wp theme...
video...etc...graphics, etc...then you get something like this - a rehash report with unusable sales tools that will cause you problems....these clowns should give a refund. I think there should be real reviews - write a review and put it on youtube yourself LOL...instead of the shill review the gurus gather
David Ciscernos offers a bunch of stuff that looks so out of date anyhow...can he seriously expect people to use that junk?
Here is what I think of most of these gurus and their fawning "reviewers"
they all are playing it back and forth...they even have wso where they teach how to get a gang to push each others stuff

ThaiJack, FreebieQueen1999 and others bring up valid points about this product not being as honest as it should be.
For me I'd like to learn how to properly rank my clients month after month. Not get tied to the latest theory that only results to egg on my face. While yes I want to make and very good living with part-time hours, I want to do it legit for the clients.
So what's the best way to keep a local client ranking? Content? On-Page SEO? And what is a good reference point if all you have is good common sense? I say that because too many of these offers just seem too over the top. Also scalabilty would be good.
Any solid thoughts are appreciated and receive max reps! --brick
