You are all very welcome. Thanks for the input and reps too. After looking at more of the videos, I found some good nuggets. At only $7, plus reasonable prices for the upsell done-for-you campaigns (that I did not buy), consider supporting the seller and getting full access to the membership site.

Thanks for posting that OTO2 link that I missed, AlphabetPhreak. Perhaps there is more information in that OTO to make it worth paying for, but here are two lists to start with. One is freely available from CharlesNgo.com and the other is from the Mobile CPA Made EZ membership site. (I think both have been shared in other BBHF threads.)
