Was a quick read without any fluff.
TLDR: Buy Amazon Fire TV's. "Jailbreak" them, loading third party OS Kodi, sell on Ebay for a profit
The example he uses is buy from Amazon for $99, sell on ebay for $149

Does this work? Yes. Will you make big money, most likely just side money.

This has been done before with other products. Think jailbreaking and selling Iphones

As with the jailbreaking iphones, this too will be a competitive market on ebay. If I were to tackle this, I would probably sell them locally through classifieds in my city. The margins would probably be nicer.

If you want to try this, i advise buy 1, try to load third party software, make sure it works, sell it. If not, you have an Amazon Fire TV to keep :)

Actually, this is a product with a decent premise and opportunity.

The "Grey Market Arbitrage" manual is all about selling Amazon Fire TV Boxes (available on Amazon for $95 w-free shipping) for $140 - $190 on Ebay with the addition of some free software which enables the Fire TV Box to get exponentially more content for the user....

The concept definitely works, people are making money right now with it. If you don't mind the hassle of dealing with Ebay and all their d*** fees (blatant personal opinion) there is an achievable profit of about $35 - $45 per sale after fees.

The author, Thomas Witek, gives all the info you might need to get the job done, even down to tips to help your eBay listing sell.

Not a bad offering. Do it while the market still exists.
