Just curious if you know any Semi automated tool/software/app to create Web 2 or post on those Web 2? I know Autofill Magic for FF but I prefer desktop solution. I want to control/actually see what is being posted

I'm slightly confused by your request. Autofill magic is desktop based and in my opinion grants the user more control than any fully automated software. Autofill magic is only semi automatic since it just fills out forms for you while you build Web 2.0s manually.

Yeh, I ended up using that FF addon. Kind of what I wanted in the first place. Little time consuming but at least you have control over what you are doing.
