1. double click on on the install file and install it

Doesn't work on XP 32Bit. "Tuberank *racist comment are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED, user violating will be MODERATED* -Omni Potens.exe is not a valid Win32 application".

I installed it on a 32Bit Windows 7 machine and it works fine. Must be XP that is the problem.
