There is a bug in the last version 4.3.3 , i download it before CS-Cart fix it and upload the buggy version after i nulled it.
The CS-Cart team fix the bug and they add an un-numbered version with the following change log:

I have spent the last couple of hours trying to install 4.3.3, with no joy.
Tried it both on Nginx and Apache.
It does not seem to get past the first install screen. After that, i just get a "Service Unavailable" error.
I hope the new version's bug fixes fix that.

They said it was come out but they just release the fixed package with out add a version number.
If you you try to download it now, you will find it is version 4.3.3.
