upload video as unlisted and drive traffic from source in pdf $15-$20 enough for 10 videos $2 per video for 2,000 views.
According to the creator of the pdf this will allow your video to stick for 24 hours on first page in youtube. Not sure if that will end your video converting or not because they don't tell you one way or the other.

According to his conversions you would have to do this with 2 videos before seeing profit from your expenditures to get it started.
