Its not just 1 person working on this program. We have 18 employees and 4 is dedicated on customer service. Submitting reports, 24/7 skype support, Employee management to make sure we all replies to queries via basecamp and dedicated Email Support. Received this message just now and just to answer it Will be posting it in the thread :)
There was never a $10 option, only a $27 but that's the graphics where we use Google Images, TEmplates from envato and content are copied. So there's no originality in that package. At the moment it is removed and we are not providing those images anymore cause of copyright demands.

The $170 option is the closest to the old package where the designs are original, Content are 100% copyscape passed and the Images are 123rf licensed! And its all yours 100%
