so unless it violates their servers you can not access them
and download the rest

One thing I don't understand about the different license.
Basic - 1 Client Site
Premium - 10 Client Sites
White Label - 100 Client sites
How are they able to control how many clients sites you install these on? They are just template downloads. Once you download them, that's it they are uncontrolled.
