I already have accounts with several domain resellers. Plus get exeptionally good prices. I am unsure why you would need to invest so much up-front, when the most I have invested in the past with these accounts was $99 - $120.
I am keen to get another business up and running so let me know what your goal is. What are you trying to acheive and what are you willing to reward someone who helps you?
