where are the updates,been waitting for over a month..

I facing 2 issues, if anyone faced this issue and found a solution then plz share with

1. Unable to import app from iTunes it's asking ssl, I attached snapshot below




2. I added my iTunes affiliate token, but none of the apps using my token I checked so many times.


I asked there support they are telling like it's hosting issue so I posting.
