Any idea on what software we'll be resending, is it just a simple exit pop-up wordpress plug-in?

anyone else having trouble extracting the archive? there is nothing there when trying to extract using winzip

You need to extract with 7zip not Winrar/Winzip! Got the error originally aswell with winrar/winzip! With 7zip all is OK!
