Tips for Onpage SEO

1- Keywords should be in first 100-150 words of article.
2- Keywords in post and page titles
3- Keywords in URL of page
4- Keywords in outbound links
5- Keywords in heading tags (h1 tags are important and that h2, h3, h4 etc tags )
6- Keywords in image alt tags (image should be primary name)
7- Keywords in the general throughout the text of your post
8- Keywords should below 5000 monthly searches with Low competition.
9- Keyword Density 1.5%
10- keyword Prominence 100%
11- Keyword Proximity 100%

Never do that! Rather you can use some LSI with terms you don't want to rank for to link out.
